Instructions
- Boil water in sauce pan, add eggs, boil 2 mins, remove from heat, let sit 10 mins.
- Prepare water bowl with ice, remove eggs from hot water and add to cold water.
- Peel eggs, chop into cubes.
- Chop onion and celery stalk finly.
- Mix eggs, celery stalk, mayonnaise, onion, mustard powder and salt.
- Toast bread
- Add mix to bread.
